Sell the receptionist that never misses a call.

This is the working hub for everyone who markets and sells NexAIS. AVA is our AI receptionist for local businesses — she answers every call 24/7, books appointments and reservations, takes orders, and follows up by text. Your job is the introduction and the follow-up. Ours is the demo, the setup, and the close.

+1 (437) 529-0400

Your strongest proof is live. Before any pitch, have the prospect call AVA herself on the demo line. Thirty seconds of hearing her beats ten minutes of explaining her.

What you're selling

AVA — AI that doesn't just answer. It gets work done.

A missed call can be a missed customer. AVA answers in seconds, around the clock: reservations and appointments booked, phone orders taken from the business's own live menu and read back before they're placed, large parties and catering captured in full on the first call, returning customers recognized, and every booking confirmed by text. She speaks multiple languages and remembers your customers.

Starter

$197 /month

Receptionist only — for businesses that need every call answered.

  • AVA answers calls 24/7
  • Lead capture & call summaries
  • Text follow-up
  • No CRM, no app
Most businesses start here Professional

$399 /month

AVA plus the system behind her — the full front desk.

  • Everything in Starter
  • CRM + app included
  • Reservations & orders in one system
  • Customer history AVA remembers
Grow

$599 /month

Everything in Professional, plus we run their visibility.

  • Everything in Professional
  • Website design & management
  • Instagram management
  • General visibility & marketing services
Read this before you quote anyone: Restaurants always start at Professional ($399/mo) — Starter is never offered to a restaurant, because they need the CRM and app for reservations and orders. There is no package smaller than Starter. The only offer below Starter is the free 7-day pilot. A one-time setup fee applies and varies with the size of the deployment and the number of phone lines — it is quoted by NexAIS in writing, never by you on a call.

Commissions

What you earn — and how it stacks

On monthly AVA contracts you earn 30% of the first month, then 10% of every month for the life of the contract. On one-time projects — websites, films, design work — you earn 20% of the project value, paid when the client has paid in full. Commissions are calculated on amounts actually received from the client and are paid monthly.

Worked example · monthly

One Professional client — $399/mo

Month 1 (30% of $399)$119.70
Every month after (10%)$39.90 /mo

First 12 months, one client$838.60
The stack effect

Five active clients, paying you every month

Recurring commission is where this becomes real income. Five Professional clients who stay subscribed pay you 5 × $39.90 = $199.50 every month — before any new sale. Keep signing and the base keeps growing:

Active clients (Professional)Your monthly recurringPer year
5 clients$199.50 /mo$2,394
10 clients$399.00 /mo$4,788
20 clients$798.00 /mo$9,576

Plus 30% of the first month on every new contract, and 20% on one-time projects (for example, a website from $1,500 pays you $300+ once the client has paid in full). Examples assume clients stay subscribed and paying; commissions are calculated on amounts actually received.

Run your own numbers

Assumes every client stays subscribed and paying, and each new cohort starts at the beginning of a month. Month 1 of each contract pays 30%; every month after pays 10%, for the life of the contract.

Getting started

From application to your first registered lead

Four steps and you're selling. Most partners complete them inside a week.

1

Apply

Send your application with the form at the bottom of this page. Tell us your territory and the kinds of businesses you know.

2

Get your referral code

NexAIS issues your personal referral code. It is how every introduction, demo and sale is credited to you — use it everywhere.

3

Download the sales kit

The flyer, the demo line and the intro templates are in the Sales Kit section below. Call the demo line yourself first — know exactly what you're selling.

4

Register your first lead

Send the lead's business name, contact and your code to info@nexais.ca before you pitch them. First registration owns the lead — see attribution below.

Your first 7 days

  • Day 1: Apply and receive your referral code.
  • Day 2: Call AVA on the demo line, +1 (437) 529-0400. Ask her to book a table. Time how fast she answers.
  • Day 3: List 20 businesses you already know — restaurants, clinics, salons, trades — where the phone decides who gets the job.
  • Day 4: Register your first 5 leads with your code before contacting any of them.
  • Days 5–6: Make your first introductions with the kit templates. Lead with the demo line, never with price.
  • Day 7: Follow up every introduction. Book the 10-minute demos — NexAIS runs them and closes.

How attribution works

  • First registration wins. A lead is credited to the partner who registered it first — by the registration email and referral code.
  • Your code travels with the introduction. Put it in every email, DM and referral you make, so the trail always leads back to you.
  • Duplicates resolve to the first registration. If two partners register the same business, the earliest registration keeps the lead.
  • The tracker on this page is the shared record. For the 54 proposals already sent, the call list below — with your outcome on each card — is the follow-up trail everyone works from. Log the outcome the moment the call ends; an unlogged call counts as not made.

Sales action plan

The 30-day plan — sales only, starting today

This hub has one job for the next 30 days: turn the work already done into paying AVA clients. No new offers, no new discounts, no side projects. Every step below runs from today — Friday, October 23 — to Sunday, November 22, 2026, and feeds the same three things: calls, demos, pilots.

Where we stand — Friday, October 23, 2026

  • 54 proposals sent, 0 replies. They went out October 20–21 and not one business has answered. The proposal was only step one — the follow-up call is the step that was missing, and it starts now.
  • The Meta ad is approved — and not launched. Approved October 22, but the launch pack still has to go live. It is a Phase 2 task in the timeline below, with a date on it — not a someday item.
  • A competitor is already selling our pitch. Digiparter, a Toronto AI firm, publicly offers an "AI team" at $500/month plus a $150 setup fee. AVA Professional is $399/month, live today, with a free pilot. We don't copy their tactics — we out-call them.
  • Our closing tools are ready. The demo line is live 24/7, every card in the call list has its own opening line, and the free 7-day pilot is the offer that closes. Nothing else has to be built before we sell.

The timeline — October 23 to November 22

  1. 1

    Phase 1 · Oct 23–28

    Work the warm list first

Start with the Priority 1 cards in the call list below — the named decision-makers, plus the two form submissions that still need the full PDF sent. Call blocks are Tuesday and Wednesday, 2:00–4:00 PM. Maximum two attempts per business; on the second attempt, leave the voicemail script and stop. Log the outcome on the card the moment you hang up.

Target: every Priority 1 business attempted · at least 10 cards end with a decision-maker conversation or a captured name + direct email.

  2. 2

    Phase 2 · Oct 29 – Nov 4

Demos, pilots — and the ad goes live

Run every 10-minute demo booked in Phase 1, and offer the free 7-day pilot to every prospect who hears AVA and still hesitates. The approved Meta ad launches this week: Muse prepares the full launch pack, Zhaleh gives the final go, and the ad points at one thing only — calling the demo line. Keep working any card that asked for a callback.

Target: at least 8 demos held · at least 4 pilots started · Meta ad live.

  3. 3

    Phase 3 · Nov 5–11

    Second wave, new doors

Work the Priority 2 and 3 cards the same way — two attempts, everything logged. Re-send the full package to every direct email captured in wave one. Each partner also registers 10 new businesses from their own network before pitching any of them, and runs the DM and Alignable introductions from the Sales Kit. First registration still owns the lead.

Target: all 54 businesses attempted · 10 new registered leads per partner.

  4. 4

    Phase 4 · Nov 12–18

    Pilots decide — first contracts

Every pilot gets its review call on day 7: what AVA answered, what she booked, what the owner heard on their own line. NexAIS quotes the one-time setup fee in writing; partners never quote it. Signed clients move to onboarding, and the partner logs the contract on the business's card so the commission trail is complete.

Target: every pilot has a decision · first AVA contracts signed.

  5. 5

    Phase 5 · Nov 19–22

Review with Muse — keep what sold

Send Muse the 30-day results from the panel below and review them together: calls, demos, the ad, the DMs — honestly, channel by channel. Kill what produced nothing, build the next 30 days around what produced pilots, and decide every AVA development request collected along the way in this same review.

Target: one written review · a decision on every open AVA request · next 30-day targets set.

The daily rhythm

  • 08:00 — open this page. Check today's phase and your call block. Decisions and updates from Muse land here.
  • 2:00–4:00 PM Tue–Thu — call block. Cards in priority order, the script open beside you, outcome logged before the next dial.
  • After every call — log it. Outcome and notes on the card, immediately. An unlogged call counts as not made.
  • End of day — report to Muse. Copy the call log in the Call List section, or use the report button in the panel below.

Focus rules — sales, and only sales

  • One lead offer: AVA. Contracts and pilots first. Websites and films are follow-on work through NexAIS — never the opening pitch of this plan.
  • Prices never move. No discounts, no smaller package, no setup number from you. The free pilot is the only concession.
  • A missing feature is a request, not a promise. If a prospect needs something AVA doesn't do today, log it in the panel below — never say "we'll add that" on a call.
  • If it doesn't end in a call, a demo, a pilot or a contract, it's out. That test decides how every day in this plan is spent.
Connected to Muse

Talk to Muse — from inside this page

This page is a fixed snapshot, so it cannot send anything by itself — it is wired to Muse through you. Pick a message type, fill in the fields, and the panel writes the exact message. Copy it, paste it into your Muse chat, and Muse picks the work up from there: answers, follow-ups, and decisions come back in the chat and are folded into this page's next update. AVA development requests travel the same road — they are decided by Zhaleh and Muse together, and only then does anyone tell a prospect.

Then paste it into your Muse chat — that's the connection. Nothing here is sent automatically.

Your call list

Proposal follow-ups — 54 businesses

On October 20–21 we sent AVA proposals to these 54 businesses — most received the full package by email; three received the proposal on its own, and two were reached through their website contact forms with the cover letter only. Each card shows exactly what that business received. Nobody has called them yet. Each card carries the phone number, the person to ask for, what we found about their business, and a ready-to-say opening line written for that business alone. The full sent files — English package and Persian version for each — live in the sent-packages register.

The three goals of every call — nothing more

  • 1. Confirm it landed. Make sure the proposal we emailed on October 20 or 21 actually reached them and was seen.
  • 2. Reach the decision-maker. Get the name of the owner, manager or events lead — and their direct email. If the first person you reach isn't the decision-maker, leaving with that name and email is a successful call.
  • 3. Close one concrete step. A 10-minute live demo this week, or a conversation about the free 7-day pilot. Never a vague "we'll think about it."

When to call: Tuesday to Thursday, 2:00–4:00 PM — between the lunch and dinner rush for restaurants, a quieter hour for clinics. Maximum two attempts per business; on the second, leave the voicemail script and stop. Log the outcome on the card below the moment you hang up — that's the trail the whole team works from.

What we found: Two spas share one number/one queue — missed call never says which location; after close both ring to no one

Your opening line — word for word
Hi, this is [Caller] from NexAIS, following up on the proposal I emailed on October 21. I noticed both spas — King West and Bayview Village — publish the same single number, so at peak one location's calls wait behind the other's, and a missed call never says which spa the guest wanted. AVA, our AI receptionist, answers that number in seconds, 24/7, and asks location first, every time; hear her at (437) 529-0400. Ten minutes this week?

What we found: Open Tue–Sat 10–6 only and the phone closes with it — Sun/Mon/evenings unanswered, exactly when spa days are planned

Your opening line — word for word
Hi, this is [Caller] from NexAIS, following up on the proposal I emailed your concierge team on October 21. I noticed Sweetgrass is open Tuesday to Saturday, ten to six — and the phone closes with it, on the Sundays, Mondays and evenings when spa days actually get planned. AVA, our AI receptionist, answers (416) 368-5300 in seconds, 24/7, Sundays and Mondays included; hear her at (437) 529-0400. Ten minutes this week?

Proposal generator

Build a new proposal package — right here

Found a business that isn't on the call list yet? Fill in what you found and this page builds the full NexAIS package for them: the founder's cover letter first, then the six-page proposal — in the locked NexAIS format, with the official prices, the demo line and the free 7-day pilot as the call to action. Prices, tiers and wording are fixed by format and can't be edited here — if a prospect doesn't fit the format, email info@nexais.ca instead of improvising.

Every generated package is a DRAFT. NexAIS reviews the final file before anything is sent — Zhaleh sees and approves the exact file first, no exceptions. Download the PDF, send it to NexAIS for review, and only send it to the prospect after approval. Generating a package also records the draft on the call list above, marked “Proposal drafted — not sent” — a new card for a new business, or a note on the card of a prospect who is already listed.
Step 1 — Find & research

Start from a business — the research loads itself

Pick one of the 54 prospects we already researched and every detail — phone, contact, and their completed research dossier — loads into the form below. For a new business, research runs two ways: the NexAIS research desk builds the complete, multi-source dossier (request it below; its stage is tracked on the prospect's card), and this page gives you a running start — the standard weakness checklist as a floor, not a ceiling, plus sector-specific checks chosen for that business type and an open-analysis area for anything unusual. Every fact carries its source and a confidence state; contradictions are flagged, never merged; findings are ranked by revenue impact, missed calls first; and you confirm every finding before it can reach a proposal. Nothing is ever invented: no phone numbers, no contact names, no ratings — unknown stays “to verify.”

For a new business, add at least the name and city in Step 2 (website and Instagram help), then press “Research this business.”

Researching…

The complete dossier is deep, multi-source and human-verified — the desk builds it; this page requests it and tracks its stage on the prospect's card. The workspace below is your running start, not the whole research.

Findings are ranked by revenue impact — missed-call exposure first. Only items you mark Found (top 3 by impact, contradictions excluded) enter the proposal, and they stay editable in Step 2. The full dossier — every item with its source and confidence, including “to verify” items and flagged contradictions — is saved on the prospect's call-list card.

Step 2 — Package details

Please add the business name and at least one finding — the package is personalised from what you found.

Restaurants and clinics always start at AVA Professional — there is no cheaper tier for them, and no setup-fee figure ever appears in a package: setup is quoted by NexAIS in writing only.

In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” — only the 7 package pages print. Send the PDF to NexAIS for review before it goes anywhere near the prospect.

Your package preview will appear here — cover letter first, then the six proposal pages, exactly as the prospect will receive them.

Call scripts

The master script — word for word

[Caller] is your name · [Business] is theirs · [Date] is October 20 or October 21, from their card · [Hook] is the personalized sentence on their card. Each call should run 60–90 seconds.

1 — The decision-maker is on the line (30 seconds)

"Hi, this is [Caller] calling from NexAIS, here in Richmond Hill. I'm following up on a proposal we emailed you on [Date] — it's about AVA, our AI receptionist. [Hook — the personalized sentence from the business's card.] That's exactly what AVA does: she answers your phone 24/7, in seconds — takes reservations and phone orders from your live menu, reads every order back, captures large parties and catering completely, and confirms everything by text. You don't have to take my word for it — our demo line is live right now: (437) 529-0400. Call it and hear her answer. All I'm asking for is ten minutes this week to show you how it would sound on your own line — and we can start with a free 7-day pilot, so you hear her on your real calls before you decide anything. Is Thursday or Friday better for you?"

2 — A gatekeeper answered (goal: name + email + best time)

"Hi, this is [Caller] from NexAIS in Richmond Hill. We emailed a proposal to [Business] on [Date] about our AI receptionist, AVA, and I'm just following up to make sure it reached the right person. Could I ask — who looks after reservations and events there? … Thank you. And what's the best email for them, so I can make sure the proposal lands in their inbox directly? … And when is the best time to reach them — before service, or in the afternoon? I'll call back then. Thanks very much for your help."

3 — Voicemail (30 seconds, maximum)

"Hi, this is [Caller] from NexAIS in Richmond Hill, following up on the proposal we emailed [Business] on [Date] about AVA, our AI receptionist. She answers your phone 24/7 — reservations, phone orders, large parties — so no call is ever missed. You can hear her live right now at (437) 529-0400. I'd love ten minutes this week to show you; my number is [your number]. Thanks, and have a great day."

The five objections you'll hear

"We already have a system / an answering service."

"That makes sense — most places we talk to do. The difference is AVA doesn't just take a message: she books the table, takes the order from your live menu and reads it back, and confirms it by text — and if you'd like, try the demo line, (437) 529-0400, and compare it with what you have now."

"Not interested."

"No problem at all — thanks for your time. The proposal stays in your inbox if things change, and the demo line is live anytime you'd like to hear her: (437) 529-0400." Then log it and move on — never stay on a "no" longer than the sentence takes.

"Just send me the info."

"Of course — the full proposal with everything in writing was emailed on [Date]; I'll re-send it to you directly right after this call. If it's easier, the demo line at (437) 529-0400 is the fastest two-minute version of the whole thing."

"How much is it?"

"It's all written out in the proposal we sent — restaurants start at our Professional plan, and there's a free 7-day pilot first, so you pay nothing until you've heard her on your own calls. The one-time setup is quoted in writing after the demo, so there are no surprises." Do not add a number of your own — not for the plan beyond what the proposal states, and never for the setup fee.

"We're too busy right now."

"Honestly, that's exactly when AVA earns her keep — she answers while the room is full, so the rush stops costing you bookings. The pilot is free for seven days and we set everything up; ten minutes this week is all I need from you."

What you can say with total confidence — it's all true, and it's in their proposal

  • AVA answers 24/7, in seconds — no call goes unanswered.
  • She books, changes and cancels reservations herself.
  • Phone orders are taken from the business's live menu and read back to the guest before they're placed.
  • Large parties (9+) and catering are captured completely on the first call — date, party size, occasion, menu, contact.
  • She recognizes returning guests and keeps their history.
  • Every reservation gets a confirmation text, and AVA follows up herself to reconfirm.
  • Restaurants start at Professional — there is no cheaper restaurant plan; don't invent one.
  • The free 7-day pilot runs on their own line first — they decide after hearing her on real calls.

Rules of the road

How partners protect the NexAIS name

These aren't fine print — they're what keeps every partner's commission safe and every promise we make true.

Prices are official and fixed

Starter $197 · Professional $399 · Grow $599 per month. Never discount, never negotiate, never invent a smaller package. The free 7-day pilot is the only offer below Starter — use it instead of a discount.

Never quote a setup fee

The one-time setup fee varies with deployment size and phone lines. NexAIS quotes it in writing after the demo — only in writing, only by NexAIS. On a call, say exactly that.

Never promise a feature AVA doesn't have

If you're not sure she does it, don't say she does. Use the confidence list in the Call Scripts section — everything there is real and in the proposals. For anything else: "I'll confirm that in writing for you."

Only approved materials

Use the flyer, templates and wording from this hub — nothing self-made with the NexAIS or AVA name, and never a different image of AVA than the official flyer portrait.

No spam, no bulk cold outreach

No mass emails, bulk DMs or robocalls in NexAIS's name. Introductions are personal, to businesses you can name, and if someone says "don't contact me again," it ends there — immediately and permanently.

Be honest about who we are

Never claim a business is already a NexAIS customer unless NexAIS has confirmed it in writing. Prospects check — and one invented claim costs the whole team's credibility.

Hi [Name], I'm [Your Name] with NexAIS here in Richmond Hill. We built AVA, an AI receptionist who answers a business's phone 24/7 — bookings, orders, questions — so no customer is ever lost to a missed call. You don't have to take my word for it: she's live at (437) 529-0400. Call her and ask her to book something. Subject: The call [Business] missed last night

Hi [Name], When a customer calls [Business] after hours, during the rush, or while your team is with another guest — who answers? For most businesses, nobody does, and that caller phones the next name on the list. AVA is our AI receptionist at NexAIS. She answers in seconds, 24/7: books reservations and appointments, takes phone orders, and confirms everything by text. She remembers returning customers, too. Hear her before you judge: our demo line is live right now at (437) 529-0400. Then, if you like what you hear, we'll run her on your own line for a free 7-day pilot — you decide after hearing her on real calls. Ten minutes this week and I'll show you exactly how she'd sound at [Business]. [Your Name] NexAIS Sales Partner · Referral code [YOUR CODE] nexais.ca

Partner FAQ

Questions every new partner asks

Who closes the deal — me or NexAIS?

NexAIS does. Your job is the introduction and the follow-up: register the lead, get the prospect to hear the demo line, and book the 10-minute demo. The NexAIS team runs the demo, answers technical questions, quotes the setup fee in writing, and closes. Your commission is the same either way — you're paid for the relationship you started.

When and how am I paid?

Commissions are paid monthly, calculated on amounts actually received from the client. On monthly contracts: 30% of the first month lands in your first payout after the client's first payment, then 10% of every month's payment for the life of the contract. On one-time projects: 20% of the project value, once the client has paid in full.

A business I know already received a proposal. What do I do?

Follow up — don't re-pitch. All 54 businesses that received proposals are in the call list on this page, each with its own card, hook and opening line. Work the card, log the outcome on it, and let the tracker be the shared record. If they sign, the registration and follow-up trail is what credits the work.

Can I also earn on ZhioStudio websites and films?

Yes. NexAIS also sells websites and creative production (through ZhioStudio) — restaurant sites from $1,500, cinematic sites at $3,500, AI 3D menu films from $197. Those are one-time projects: you earn 20% of the project value, paid when the client has paid in full. The Grow plan already bundles website and Instagram management for AVA clients.

A prospect asks for a discount. What do I say?

"Our prices are the same for every client — what I can do is start you on the free 7-day pilot, so you pay nothing until you've heard AVA on your own calls." Prices are official and fixed; there is no discount to give, and offering one breaks the partner rules.

What if two partners approach the same business?

The first registration owns the lead. Register before you pitch — the registration email with your code is the timestamp that settles it. For businesses already in the tracker (the 54 proposals), work through the call list and log outcomes so the trail stays clear for everyone.

Can I use my own AVA account setup fee-free?

Partners who refer five customers earn a waived setup fee on their own AVA installation. Ask the NexAIS team once your fifth referral is live and they'll apply it.
